Do You Help With The Transfer Documents?
Yes. We understand that the transfer documents involved can be daunting. For this reason, we have implemented our NEW Document Assistance Program. For a one-time fee of $119.00, we can assist you with this task. Simply contact us once the transfer details have been negotiated and we'll take it from there. This fee is normally paid by the Seller but can be negotiated between the Seller and Buyer. Keep in mind your lease company may charge a fee for the lease transfer which is not associated with our fees. Even if you decide not to use our Document Assistance Program, we'll still provide online advice and information - free of charge!

Are Any of Your Fees Refundable?
If you have signed-up for our Document Assistance Program and for some reason the lease company does not approve the lease transfer or the buyer fails to complete the transfer process, we will refund the entire amount of the Document Assistance Fee within 15 days - no questions asked. We will not, however, refund any portion of this fee if the Seller fails to complete the transfer process.
